About Me

My name is Carissa Crain. I am currently a photography major at the University of Central Missouri. I am Performing Arts photographer, meaning I shoot anything and everything from live bands and ensembles to theatre to performance artists. I also create conceptual and fine art pieces. Occasionally I dabble into copy work for local artists. Rarely, I shoot weddings which are not particularly my niche.
I first became interested in photography when I was in highschool. The thought of forever perserving natural and unseen beauty has fueled my fire. I really enjoy fine art photography, but as a hobby. I am working towards my dream job of movie still photography.
