The Orton Effect – How to

1. Open image.

2. Image>Duplicate. Close original image.

3. Image>Apply Image>Screen (make sure opacity is at 100%).

4. Image>Duplicate

5. (2nd image) Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. (Use radius setting of 15-50pixels)

6. Select move tool>Hold shift button>Drag and drop 2nd image onto first>Let go of shift button.

7. Layer>Layer Options>Blending Options>Multiply

8. Layer>Flatten Image
